This months box was sakura theme to represent the season in Japan. this box included many Sakura themed items. As shown in the list above there are 12 items within this box.

I have added image of the box and its content below to allow you to see the items inside.

my box came packed with multi coloured packing peanuts that when with the theme of the box. The bright colours of the box are really refreshing to see when you first open the box and make the experience more exciting. Even though these aren't official items I would like to try and use them in some way as the colours are so bright.

On first glance at the items within the box I was pleased as I absolutely love the sakura season in Japan the pink and white colours are well represented within this box. However as I am new to resin I was a little unsure were to start. It was lovely to see that Sophie & Toffee have included a tutorial and ideas link and I was able to see what other people had created. this allowed me to gather ideas and use them to create my own projects. This made me feel at ease with the project I was creating. The only thing I was a little unsure of was on the videos they use a UV light to cure the resin however this is not included within the box. I have since bought my own and will use this on future products, but this is something to have in mind when buying the subscription box for the first time.

What I like about this box is that there are different projects ideas from making the mini sakura latte cup to a sakura themed key ring, the ideas are different but all stick within the theme. As I am new to using resin it was nice to have a project given to me as a place to start. I have looked in the past but have been too unsure what to create that it has put me off trying. Also items within the box will be able to be used again for different projects such as the molds and glitters, this is a nice way to start a small/growing collection for arts and craft.

Sophie & Toffee Have a regular and a premium subscription box. These boxes have different items and also have a different price point. As I buy the Regular box I will be talking about this box only.

When buying online Sophie & Toffee have 3 different options monthly, annually and one box only.

  1. Monthly - $34.95

  2. Annually - $32.95

  3. One box - $34.95

These options allow the buyer to choose what option is best for them. These boxes include free world wide shipping to most countries, however some have a $5 shipping fee that will be added on at checkout.

Overall I absolutely loved this months theme, I am a massive fan of Japan and how beautiful it looks in the seasons when the cherry blossom trees are in bloom. As this was my first attempt with resin I was worried I would not know what to do with the items within the box however, Sophie & Toffee have sorted this by including tutorials. Resin is an art that will take time to master but it is great fun to create these different projects.

If you would like to purchase an elves box, or purchase anything from the store I have added the link below.
