The Insiders - Bakers Dog Food.

Today (19/07/2019) I received my Insiders Bakers® dog food campaign box. The box included a lot of bakers goodies for my dog to test out over the next month.

The box included:

1. Bakers® Dry food. Depending on your preference in the entry survey: -Beef & Vegetables OR Chicken & Vegetables

2. Bakers® Wet food. Depending on your preference in the entry survey, you will receive either: Gravy – assorted flavours OR Jelly – assorted flavours

3. A surprise pack of Bakers® Treats! What will you get?!

4. 1x Doggy Dinner Mat that you’ll be able to pop out of the side of your box – it even includes a fun game for you to play with your dog!

5. 1x campaign guide full of information about your Bakers® food, and activities to keep you busy during the campaign

6. 2x discount vouchers each worth £2.00 off your next purchase of Bakers® Dry, and Bakers® Wet

7. 1x Tasty Goodness Filter to help you show your friends, family, and social networks how you’re giving your dog the best of both worlds with Bakers® 

When completing the online survey to sign up for this campaign I was able to select the flavours of food my dog would prefer throughout the month. For the dry food, my dog loves chicken, so we were given the chicken with country vegetables option. Each of the dry food bags are quite big and both weigh 2.85KG, which will be plenty of food for my little dog.

For the wet food you are given the option of gravy or jelly. I have tried my dog with both kinds of wet food in the past and she prefers the jellied ones and often turns her nose up to the gravy ( shes a fussy dog). Within the wet food pack you get 20 pouches of food and it contains 3 different flavours. The flavours are:

1. Lamb, Rice & Carrots

2. Chicken, Carrots & Green Beans

3. Beef, Potatoes & peas

As this campaign is aimed at our furry friends, Bakers® also included a packet of Surprise treats. Each person taking part did not know what they would receive, we were only able to pick flavours that our dog enjoyed. In my box we got:

1. Bakers Whirlers - Bacon & Cheese Flavour

As you can see from the pictures below my dog was very happy with the bag provided to us. The Bacon and cheese treats smell really strong and seem to be full of flavour. My dog really enjoyed the taste test when we first opened the box.

Over the next month I am going to be trialing my dog with the bakers food and seeing if it has any positive effects on my dogs lifestyle, for example her sleep, energy and playfulness. I want nothing but the best for my dog in not only flavour, but also nutrition, as I want my dog to get the best out of life.
