About Triyit.

Triyit are a company that work with other brands to get products sent out to customers to test, and give an honest review.

Triyit send out boxes to people who sign up, by submitting information about their lifestyle. This allows them to know they are sending relevant items to the reviewer. Triyit also send out the box with a surprise item which isn't revealed until it arrives. This creates more excitement for you to open the box when it arrives. Triyit also try to send these boxes out monthly depending on the products they are able to pack together.

I will also provide a link to sign up at the bottom of the page.

This week I received my 'Perfect picnic' Triyit box. I have completed a few box review for Triyit over the past two year, so I was very excited to see what items come with this box. This months box looked different from the boxes I have received in the past. The box is no longer bright orange, but is now a brown colour with a lovely design on the side of the box.

Triyit post hints on their social media pages, but keep what is inside the box mostly a surprise. People are able to take a guess from videos they post about what items could be inside the box. Triyit have also said that this box is their biggest campaign so far, so I am over the moon to be involved. If you would like to check out their Facebook for more details then the link is below.

The items inside the box come covered in wiggly worms so you don't see all the items at once to keep it a surprise until the last minute. The campaign booklet sits top of the items this allows you to look through the booklet and see what each of the items are and what companies they come from as you unbox.

Once all the customers have received their boxes, then Triyit will post the items on there social media page to see how people are finding the items. This also allows the community time to react to receiving the boxes and items before the feedback is due.

The perfect picnic box contained:

1. Triyit campaign booklet.

2. Mike's hard seltzer ( lime flavour )

3. Swizzels puds chew bars

4. Purdey's bottle ( grape and apple )

5. La Boulangère mini Brioche Baguettes

6. All shook up can ( pink grapefruit & lavender )

7. Jack Link's beef bar

This months box contained a good mixture of both drink items and food items. This box also contained something new that I have never seen before in a Triyit box, some alcohol. Both the All shook up can & Mike's hard seltzer both contained around 5% vol. Personally I really enjoyed this extra because it shows that Triyit really do listen to what you say when signing up. For example I have seen that some people also received some cat food within there box, however I do not own a cat and it would have been a waste so I appreciate the I was not send the item as I wouldn't have been able to give honest feedback. Also some of the drinks that came with the box I have never heard of before so I was really excited to try them out and see if i enjoyed them.

This months box actually came with two boxes as all of the items could not fit inside of the one box. This is because the items that are included are full size products not just samples. This allowed me to get a good taste of the product and also allow my partner to try the items if he wanted to. This will allow me to give Triyit a more honest and detailed review, not only from me but also from my partner. I like to collect as much information about the products as I can.

After tasting and trying all of the items within the box, here are my thoughts about each item. I will write about what I enjoyed and how I feel the items could improve in any way.

Mike's hard seltzer (lime flavor)

The first Items that I seen in the box was a drink supplied by Mike's. This drink is called the Hard seltzer alcoholic sparkling water. There where 3 flavours that where sent out at random, the flavour I got was Lime.

The can itself is mostly white with a colour block at the bottom that represents the flavour of the drink. For example my flavour was lime and the bottom of my can is green. The can also includes any relevant information that you would need to know before buying. This includes that the drink contains natural flavours, is gluten free and only has 100 calories. I actually like the simple design of the can because it gets to the point about relevant information.

The drink itself is sparkling water with a hint of lime flavoring. When you open the can you can hear the carbonation. The liquid is clear as I expected from sparkling water.

The flavour that comes from the sparkling water is very strong however the hint of lime is only subtle. I really enjoyed this as I am not a massive fan of lime flavouring. However, because it was only a hint this actually made the drink really refreshing.

Swizzels puds chew bars

Next in the box was the Swizzels puds chew bars. This was a massive bag that contained a variety of small chew bars. The bars come in different flavours and are based off different great British puddings. These flavours include:

~ Lemon meringue

~ Apple pie & custard

~ Rhubarb crumble ~ Sticky toffee pudding

Each of the chew bars come individually wrapped in a colour that represents the pudding flavour. These chew bars are bite sized snacks that can be taken and eaten on the go, and are a fantastic snack for a picnic in the sunny weather.

I found that these bars were also a great sweet treat if you are watching what you eat. Based on the information provided on the back a serving is 2 pieces, this serving then only contains 64 calories.

The chew bars use natural flavoring this makes you mouth fill with flavour whist eating the chew bars and gives you a really pleasant experience whilst eating. Each of the flavours on the bars are also given a different colour and taste different when eaten separately or when eaten together. The bars are also Vegan friendly so this is a sweet option if you are vegan.

Purdey's bottle ( grape and apple )

Another item that was included within the box was a bottle of Purdey's rejuvenate natural energy in grape and apple flavour. This was a very heavy item to be included within the box as the bottle itself is made of glass.

The packaging on the bottle is lovely, firstly the glass bottle helps to keep the drink cool and refreshing. The packaging is simple, effective and straight to the point. From the packaging you can see straight away that the drink contains natural energy. The drink is also caffeine free and contains naturally occurring sugars.

The drink is fizzy and tastes very strong of grapes and apples. If you enjoy fruity drinks then this is one you should try out. I loved this drink especially when it was cold straight from the fridge. I will definitely be buying this items again because I would love to see how it tastes when blended with some ice. I feel a slushy version would also be so refreshing and great for the summer time.

La Boulangère mini Brioche Baguettes

The other box that was sent contained a pack of 4 mini Brioche Baguettes. these baguettes are from the company La Boulangère. The baguettes come in a plastic sealed bag. The packet that I received contained 4 pre sliced baguettes. The baguettes themselves are so super soft even through the bag.

On the packaging it states that the baguettes are crafted by there french bakers and I honestly believe this just based off of the softness and the freshness when they arrived.

I found the baguettes a little sweeter than normal bread but I really enjoyed the taste. The baguettes are soft all of the way through, They soaked up the butter that I use on the baguettes this made them really flavoursome. These baguettes were also lovely when toasted and would be the great snack for a picnic, I can see why they have been added into this box.

The mini Brioche Baguettes are available at both Morrison's and Co-operative supermarkets if you would like to give them a try for yourself.

All shook up can ( pink grapefruit & lavender)

The final drink that was included in the Perfect picnic box was the All shook up white wine spritz in pink grapefruit & lavender flavour.

I absolutely love the design of this can, it is filled with beautiful colours and has pictures printed all around the can of both wine glasses and grapefruit slices.

The liquid itself is a lovely pink colour this really matches the aesthetic of the can. From the video below you can see how carbonated this drink is, it is full of bubbles.

The flavour of this drink comes through so strongly. If you are a lover of white wine then I really would suggest trying this drink out. The grapefruit make this a very refreshing drink for the summer, and is lovely with some ice to keep it cool.

The drink is made up of no artificial colourings or flavours. I always love knowing this when eating or drinking anything because I like to know that the flavours are real. I always feel this makes the flavour stronger. This drink is also suitable for vegans & vegetarians, so this may open up some options for more people. I also like the fact that the drink is ready to go right out of the can, It does not need to be mixed with anything as can just be drank as is. I like this for quickness.

Jack link's beef bar

And the final item that was included in this box is a beef bar by Jack Link's. I have seen jerky by Jack Link's in stores before but I have never seen this beef bar so I was excited to try it. The beef bar comes individually wrapped and would be a great idea to be eaten on the go. Then beef bars are also small enough to fit in to any lunch box or bag.

When I first saw the beef bar I though it would be a harder texture like jerky however this is not the case. The beef bar is actually quite soft and very easy to eat. The beef bars are made from 100% beef and you can honestly smell this from the moment you open the packet. This taste is also very strong.

These beef bars could also be a great work out bar as they each only contain 65 calories and are high in protein. If you do suffer from any gluten allergies then you still might be able to have these bars as they are also gluten free.

These beef bars can be found for sale in Asda stores.
