I have been looking for a watch for my partner for some time. He works in a leisure center and often works out and leads classes, Because of the type of work he does I wanted to try and find a smart watch to record all of the data he needs to keep track of.
I have filtered through many smart watches trying to find one that would be good for us to use and finally settled on the Willful Smart Watch from Amazon. At my time of purchase I paid £36.99 for the item with free delivery. I have seem watches anywhere from £20.00 - £50.00 so I thought this would be a fair price if everything works as expected.
Below I will share my experience with the watch including pictures and videos. Also if you are interested in checking out the watch yourself the Amazon link will also be below.
The Willful Smart Watch comes with:
Willful Smart watch
Instructional manual
USB charger wire.
Downloadable application for a smartphone
In the image below you are able to see the packaging that the watch arrives in. This box shows a lot of information about the product and gives you a good understanding of what you can expect from the watch.
The inside of the box was packaged nicely. The instructions were placed on top of the watch, whilst the watch sat securely in a plastic mold. Both the watch screen and the charger cable also have a protective layer around them to help protect from damage and scratches.

The main things I looked into with this watch was what data it is able to track and how it is stored. The Willful watch comes with a downloadable application that can be used on a smartphone to help keep track of some of the phones features.
Features the watch included are:
Step Pedometer
Distance calculator
Calories burning
Minutes of activity
Sleep monitor
sms alerts
Heart rate monitor
Other than being a standard watch all of the features above are built into the watch its self. These features are displayed on an 1.3 inch LCD screen so the information is easy to see. The screen is very responsive to touch and it easy to navigate. Each of the features have there own section on the watch that allows you to choose the area you are looking for and then enlarge it for more information.
The watch itself is fitted with black straps and a buckle to keep it securely fastened. The strap is made out of a rubber like material and is very flexible, this is great for my partner who takes part in a lot of sports. On the website there are different colours available and the straps can be disconnected in needed.
On the back of the watch there is a small scanner that it used whilst on your wrist to monitor your heart rate. This information can be seen both in the watches storage and the downloaded application. This will help you keep track of everything more easily as all the information is kept together.
The charger cable the comes with the watch is a USB wire so you will need to connect it to a plug or a computer to charge. The charger is magnetic to the watch and is very easy to connect.

Another area that I was really interested in with this watch was the sleep monitor. If you decide to monitor your sleep then you will have to sleep with the watch on, this will allow the watch to monitor your heart rate through the night. In the morning you will be presented with a graph that shows you how much sleep you were able to get but also how much light and deep sleep. I found this information very interesting and useful to get an understanding of my sleep patterns. As you can tell below I don't sleep very well but I did find the chart quite accurate. I have also been able to set a goal to try and achieve 8 hours sleep.
